Howard’s ability as a Photographer was recognised, when Head Picture Editor at Magnum Photos awarded Howard, second place in the “Images of London” Museum of Londons' photo competition and then selected a second of Howard’s images for inclusion in the exhibition.
Magnum Photos is an internationally famous photographic cooperative, so for Howard to receive an award from the Head Picture Editor at Magnum Photos is an honourable achievement.
